Our technology partners
BlankSolar works with leading solar panel, inverter, battery, and mounting brands — so every installation is built on proven, MCS-compliant equipment.
We work with trusted manufacturers so your system performs for decades. Select a partner to see where we use it, what it suits, and common questions — or contact us for a survey.
Solar panels
The modules on the roof. Efficiency decides how much you can generate from a given roof area; build quality and warranty decide how long it keeps doing so.

Eurener
High-performance PV modules for residential and commercial rooftops.
- Homeowners who want European-made panels
- All-black, low-visual-impact arrays

Jinko Solar
Tier-one solar modules for high-output residential and commercial systems.
- Roofs with limited space
- 4kW–6kW and larger systems
Inverters
Converts the panels' DC output to AC for your home. The inverter type — string, optimiser-based or hybrid — has the biggest effect on performance in shade and on whether a battery can be added later.

SolarEdge
Power optimisers, inverters, and monitoring for maximum system insight.
- Roofs with chimneys, dormers or tree shading
- Panels split across two or more roof faces

Solax Power
Hybrid inverters and energy storage solutions for modern solar homes.
- Solar now, battery later
- Three-phase properties

Solis
Cost-effective string inverters for residential and light commercial solar.
- Unshaded, straightforward roofs
- 2kW–4kW budget packages
Battery storage
Stores daytime generation for use in the evening, and can charge cheaply overnight on time-of-use tariffs. Capacity, expandability and backup capability vary by brand.
Mounting & racking
The rails, hooks and ballast that hold panels to the roof or ground. Rarely noticed, but it determines weather-tightness, roof loading and how the array looks.

Clenergy
Global solar mounting and racking systems for rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
- Pitched tiled or slate roofs
- Ground-mounted arrays

Van Der Valk
Premium mounting systems engineered for durability and clean aesthetics.
- Flat roofs on extensions and commercial buildings
- Low-profile, tidy pitched-roof arrays
Equipment chosen for your property, not our stockroom
No single brand is right for every roof. We specify from this range after the survey, using the same checklist on every job:
Our design service- 01
Roof and shading
Optimiser-based inverters where shading or multiple roof faces would otherwise drag down a string; simpler string inverters where the roof is clear.
- 02
How you use electricity
Battery size and inverter type follow your daytime and evening usage, EV or heat pump plans, and the tariff you are on or could move to.
- 03
Warranty and UK support
We favour manufacturers with a UK support presence and clear, transferable warranties, and we register every product warranty at handover.
- 04
Future expansion
If you may add a battery or more panels later, we choose a hybrid inverter or modular battery now so the upgrade is simple.
- 05
Budget and value
We quote options at more than one price point where it makes sense, and explain the trade-offs rather than defaulting to the most expensive kit.
